These terms govern your use of the Plingo app. By using Plingo, you agree to them.

Using the app

Plingo is offered for personal entertainment. You agree not to abuse the service, tamper with the game economy, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

Coins, gems and hearts

Coins, gems and hearts are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They can't be exchanged for money or transferred, and we may adjust the game economy at any time.

Purchases and subscription

Gem purchases and the Pro subscription are final and processed by the stores (Apple/Google) under each store's refund rules. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled in your store settings.

Ads

The app may show ads. Watching rewarded ads is optional and grants in-game benefits (such as hearts).

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for loss of progress caused by factors outside our control.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
