This policy explains what data Plingo collects and how we use it. By using the app, you agree to what's described here.

Data we collect

Game progress and economy — your coin and gem balance, hearts, and records, stored on the device and, when you have an account, synced to our server.
Usage and diagnostics — anonymous events (which games you open, errors) to improve the app, via analytics tools (Mixpanel and Firebase).
Advertising identifiers — used by ad networks (Google AdMob) to show ads. On iOS, only with your permission (App Tracking Transparency).

We show rewarded ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data in line with Google's privacy policy. You can limit personalization in your device settings.

Purchases

Gem purchases and the Pro subscription are handled by the App Store (Apple) and Google Play. We never receive or store card details.

Children

Plingo is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from that age group.
